Depending on the organisation and pilot scope, ESG Starter may collect organisation contact details, ESG operational data, activity evidence, documents, photos and user-entered information. We aim to collect only what is necessary for the agreed pilot or service.
How pilot data is used
Pilot data is used to organise ESG information, show progress, prepare agreed reports and improve the product. We do not present pilot data as independently assured ESG performance unless that assurance has been obtained.
Access & sharing
Access should be limited to authorised organisation users and agreed platform administrators. Data is not shared with a partner, funder or third party without an agreed purpose and appropriate permission.
Special care for people data
Education, community and volunteer projects may involve children, parents, staff or participants. Production use will require clear role-based access, appropriate consent processes, retention rules and safeguarding procedures before such personal data is collected.
Your choices
